Message Dek on WhatsApp with your trip date, pickup location, and what you'd like to do. He'll confirm availability and agree on the route and price. A booking is confirmed once you've agreed on the details — no deposit needed for most bookings.
No — entrance fees are paid directly at the attraction. Dek's price covers the driver and the car. Most Bali temple fees are small (20,000–50,000 IDR per person), and Dek will let you know what to expect in advance so there are no surprises.
Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) is preferred and gives you the most straightforward transaction. USD is also accepted. Agree on the currency and amount over WhatsApp before the trip so there's no confusion at the end of the day.
Yes — with 15+ years driving tourists around Bali, Dek knows the history and significance of every major site and can explain what you're seeing. He's not a certified official tour guide, but in practice he gives you most of what a guide would at no extra cost.
Dek monitors your flight. If it's delayed, he adjusts and waits — there's no extra charge for flight delays on airport transfers. Just make sure you share your flight number when booking.

Yes. The 9-seat car is fully air-conditioned and regularly serviced. Every seat has a working seatbelt. Dek drives professionally and doesn't rush — he'd rather reach a place slightly later than put passengers at risk.
Dek drives you to the fast boat port (Sanur or Serangan) and picks you up when you return. He can also help arrange the fast boat tickets if needed. The island itself requires a separate local guide — Dek can recommend one.
No strict minimum, but for airport transfers or short trips under 2 hours there's a minimum charge. Message Dek with the details and he'll give you a fair quote — he won't turn down a quick job if it fits his schedule.
